Your dog will be very large and powerful, and will be very strong willed!
Large dogs without manners tend to be exiled from the house and family which causes them to be lonely, and since they’re lonely, the make more trouble, which makes you more angry. It’s a vicious cycle! I recommend obedience training to prevent this from happening. Many obedience schools offer a course on puppy training that can be started at 4 months - 6 months. The classes help with potty training, chew training, sit, stay, come, heel, etc.
Always start early for the best results and remember, a small puppy on your sofa may be cute, but would you feel the same when he is fully grown. So if you do not want him on later, do not let him on earlier.

Well this is more of a question than a comment. But I have a great dane and he is now turning four months… by what I have read its more or less the perfect age for training, but I dont know how. I have started with the basics eg sit and come. With the come we are still having a bit of a problem..but we are working on it. Is there some one in Paphos who I can see or who can help me train him in the right way? He is getting bigger as we all know and will get much bigger. I dont want to leave this till I get to a phase where I wont beable to control him.
Please email me anyone if you know of anyone.
Thank you
